This Consumer Protection Policy outlines the principles, practices, and safeguards applied to consumer-facing operations and is fully aligned with Finturu’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML/CFT Policy, and data governance framework.
2. SCOPE

- All end consumers purchasing goods or services through Finturu-integrated merchant experiences (e.g., custom checkout, hosted links, marketplaces)
- Customer data collected, processed, or stored by Finturu or its infrastructure partners
